Re: Pregnanolone/DHEA and Glandulars

Aerose,

The reason I feel that I am not out of stage 3 is because my body is still in disorientation. I still deal with blood Sugar issues, temperature regulation problems (cold intolerance), and low blood pressure.

I believe that the most difficult obstacle of recovery is moving out of stage 3. I'm positive that once my body goes back into general homeostasis, recovery through stage 2 and 1 will be very quick. I can see the light...I feel stronger every day. I still have days that I'm a bit more down than others but I listen to my body, give it the rest it needs, and bounce back much quicker. I haven't had a major crash in months, more like the occasional mini crash that a day of rest and self pampering takes care of.

My AF got severe last year in January. I know I was in AF for many years before, but that was when my symptoms became very violent in the form of panic attacks and bouts of severe flu like infections. My recovery efforts began last year in May, but I was quickly spiraling downwards despite everything I was trying to do (I thought it was candida making me sick so I went on a candida diet and cleanse which only made my AF accelerate out of control). Last July I was at my absolute worst, and in August was when I got my first hair test. I was so bad at that point that I could barely even take any of the supplements.

What saved my life was the NB diet given to me based on my test and the gentle nutrients - minerals, fish oil, kelp. I also incorporated Vitamin C for the first 3 months because I was so deficient, but I'm off it now for the meantime. This plus a ton of Sea Salt definitely got me going. Now I've been on NB for almost 6 months and can take most of the supplements with no problem. I've made leaps and bounds within the past 2 months.

My practitioner says that my strong constitution, the fact that I have never really taken any synthetic medications aside from the occasional aspirin, and my age makes my situation ideal for an easier recovery. Recovery is different for everyone, but I believe that with faith, dedication and patience it is possible for everyone.

Definitely go for the NB. It takes awhile but is definitely the best program for long term success.
