Thanks! I spend so much money on vitamins as it is now, I actually hoped that was the answer - just do what they tell you.

They estimated $180-$250 a month for the program, and when my partner and I were going over our budget, I wanted to be sure that was pretty accurate (and not in addition to all the supps I regularly take)

I can't handle ANY coffee enemas. Not sure how that is going to work. I crash hard.
