I've learned eating "healthy" is a very subjective term. I thought I was eating healthy on a Paleo type of diet (meats, vegetables, GF), turned out to be slowly poisoning me because of too much protein and fat.
If a person is really eating healthy, they won't feel horrible, they won't have tons of gas or rumpling, their anxiety won't get out of control, and they will start healing quickly. You got to find a new diet. That one you're on is obviously not working for you.
