Need help now

I live in an area of Mexico, called Lake Chapala. I recently found out that I have an enlarged liver. I know there are lot of processed foods that I will never be able to eat again, oh, well. What I need help with is this. I have no idea where to get anything that I can eat or what to eat that will help me. I have great access to fresh veggies & fruits (low prices)& I've started to grow my own fruits & such. I need to start this diet today if possible, as I've not had much to eat in the last 48 hours.
