pickle, you totally reminded me that i forgot to add the 'gum measure' report. similar to you, i had gum measure improvement. never had so many 2s and 1s before!! and i had only one 5--at my last visit i had mostly 4s and about 4-5 of the 5s. it is amazing, isn't it? she also commented on the color (nice and pink) and the decreased bleeding. mine hygienist, however, sort of scoffed at the oil pulling. she gave it no credit, said i must be flossing better. uh, not really..... i'm horrible at flossing.
