If I may make a suggestion, you might think about getting your vitamin D and thyroid levels rechecked. Adjusting those two things made all the difference in the world for me. I was feeling just what you described, and my throid was only slightly hypo, and vitD levels were below normal, but taking a small dose of synthroid, and getting my vitD levels into the middle of the normal range have helped me so much. I've read that vitD is actually a hormone. I am taking 2000 iu before bed and 2000 in the morning, and that seems to be about right for me. So many women have had these same issues caused by Mirena.
