Progesterone Cream & Uclers & Candida Feeder

I have fibromyalgia, candida and hormone imbalances. When I use progesterone cream (which really helps with my pain) I get really dry eyes and bleeding vaginal ulcers (confirmed by a Dr). I am positive it is the progesterone doing it. If I lower my dose of progesterone I am in more pain than if I don't. Anyone have this problem? Any suggestions?

Also is progesterone cream a candida feeder or killer?
