better than Praziquantel

hi! has anyone found a better drug than Praziquantel, against Schistosoma, and all kind of flukes?
I try to find a solution to kill them and to eliminate them, for 4 years, and I didn't find it yet. (I tried a lot of meds and herbal treatments).
