yeah in your case natway's advice may be appropriate, as dietary issues probably brought you into AF in the first place.
That's good news. It's also good that your young (im a young guy too). In most cases AF seems to be a secondary symptom to some other kind of physical imbalance, so whether or not one recovers fully from AF depends on whether they discover that other imbalance. Many people fully recover, but it takes a long time to unravel all the layers of imbalances in the body that build up. You will get there, but its gonna be a journey. Months and possibly years will be your time frame for recovery, not days and weeks.
I might also recommend Nutritional balancing as a good way to address a lot of the bodies imbalances that diet or strict AF treatments might miss.
