hi Brandi, i think i have an allergy too. taking SB makes me feel like i have a cold. i get a headache that comes and goes during the day. and also a runny nose. but it does seem to be helping in that my white tongue, which is now only in the back, seems to be decreasing slightly each day. I'm going to stay on SB another week if i can, and see what happens. it is pretty uncomfortable though feeling like this. Tweet
