Re: My water fast to cure mysterious bloating

Lasted 29 days.

Was made to go to hospital by concerned family. Doctors made me stay overnight with IV drip because blood glucose was 2.9 when it should be 4.5.

Was stuck in hospital for 3 days because they thought I might have an eating disorder. Had to break fast using non preferable foods just to get out of hospital.

By the end of the 29 days my tongue coating was reduced but was still pretty coated, urine still dark and hunger had not returned so I assume my body still needs cleansing.
Been having very watery BMs so far since breaking the fast.

Was pretty weak throughout, found warm baths and skin brushing helped.

Was hardly thirsty at all throughout and when I did drink water I would bloat up and feel extreme fullness in my stomach.
