Canadian treatment options for Psychotic Behavior caused by Adrenal insufficiency

I am desperately seeking treatment for my 30 year old son who has severe adrenal fatigue as well as having his thyroid surgically removed due to over active thyroid. The more severe the adrenal fatigue, the more pronounced the psychotic symptoms. In our province the mental health care is in the dark ages, they are ignoring his adrenal fatigue and trying to give him schizophrenic drugs and with holding the adrenal support supplements.
When he takes adrenal support his condition improves but seeing improvement he reasons he does not need the supplements and goes off them, then his symptoms reappear and his mental condition again deteriorates.
Is there any hospital or health facility in Canada where adrenal associated mental illness is recognized and treated?
We are aware such treatment is available in USA but we cannot bring him there.
