It seems there is a feedback loop with vit D and calcium. when one goes up the other goes down a bit: http://www.beyonddiscovery.org/content/view.page.asp?I=436


I would consider getting on a therapeutic dosage of D3 perhaps 5-10,000IU/day until you reach an optimal level of D3 in the blood which is said to be 60-90ng/ml. Check with your healthcare practitioner.
