Well, I think the enlarged fordyce spots are due to inflammation. If the size of fordyce spots goes down, the inflammation might go down too. I noticed when my fordyces spots shunk while using potassium Iodine drops, the inflammation went down. I am trying to figure out if because the fordyce spots are enlarged, they fill up with or secrete more sebum which causes irritation/inflammation like a pimple. Tweet
