I've been a water faster since the age of 14 (am now 20) but because it's so incredibly hard for me to accomplish tasks and get started on my goals (i'm a failure because of this as well, not in college..relying on parents), I've only been able to complete 15 days Water Fasting at the age of 16 and some 6-10 day Water Fasts here and there scattered through-out the years...only to end up failing and steering off a bad diet afterwards.
I guess what I'M trying to get at is that if I do muster up the strength and focus completely on a long term Water Fast (to lose my +40 lbs of extra fat/weight mainly) and a most raw diet afterwards for a couple of weeks, followed by a healthy, nutritious and consistent balanced diet + consistent exercise, will it help my inability to focus and stay on track on things? Anyone have any experience with better concentration after successfully Water Fasting and eating a healthy diet?
