Does this mean something---Or is it just a coincidence?

I have the mystic cross on both palms. A couple of months ago, I stopped at a religious grotto to offer up prayers for a sick friend and a sick relative. Also, I prayed for better circumstances for myself and immediate family. I wasn't able to get close to the grotto as it was closed for the winter season. However, I did get as close as possible and said my prayers.

After praying, I happened to touch my right palm and noticed a bump under the mystic cross. The thing is, I can't say for certain if it had been there for a while or just appeared that day. Recently, I noticed a bump on my left palm in the same area.

I would appreciate any feedback. Is this related to the prayers? Or is this just a coincidence?

FWIW, I did some googling and discovered that the physical reasons for having such lumps could be a cyst or a fatty deposit---both are not harmful. I have no pain in the area and no changes to the lumps.
