Possible endometriosis!

Hi guys my obgyn thinks I might have endometriosis after a vaginal ultrasound should fluid in my uterus but he said with out doing a laparoscopic surgery he can't know for sure. It makes me nervous thinking about any surgery and being put to sleep but he said he want to try to put me on birth control pills to help with my hormone and with the heavy period and pain. I am just confused any advise you guys might have for me I would appreciate. Thank you. Tweet
