4 days post removal

I had my Mirena for 2 years 2 months. I really liked it. After the initial bit of hormonal craziness that lasted about 2 weeks I was fine. No problems or side effects. I had regular periods with it in though they were a little lighter than before I got it put in.

I had it removed this past Thursday morning because my husband and I want to have another child. I had no problems that day and was fine most of Friday too. Then Friday evening I started spotting a bit. Which was what I expected. But Saturday morning I woke up to bad cramps, back pain, extremely heavy bleeding and large clots. It's been like that since then. I've resorted to wearing a tampon AND a pad to keep it under control. Plus I've got a head ache and my whole body hurts now. And I'm feeling a bit faint/dizzy and just generally bad. From what I'm reading this sounds pretty normal, but how long should this last? Should I call my doctor? Should I worry?
