Will water fasting rid me of my eczema?

I was just wondering if anyone new how successful Water Fasting was at getting rid of eczema? I have minor eczema but I have it in my scalp which is giving me all kinds of problems, I am going to start my Water Fast on Jan 31 and hopefully get through 21 days. This will be my first one ever and I am both excited and nervous.

I am 31 and 20 lbs overweight and in good health other than a few problems, so I am doing it unsupervised.

Also are you allowed to exercise while fasting?

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated
