Re: Three episodes this week
Sorry to hear you're feeling lousy..
Sometimes when i do
coffee enemas i have similar symptoms of fatigue and brainfog...while other CE's leave me feeling really clear.
Initially i was under the impression that you do a
coffee enema in the same way as a regular enema - circulating it as much as possible throughout the large intestine. However, this isn't necessary to purge the liver as the liver connects to the very end of the colon - sigmoid. So all you need to do is allow the coffee to remain in the first part of the colon...retain for 20 mins (or preferred time).
Don't know if you tried doing a full intestinal
Coffee-Enema or the sigmoid one - but when i did the full type i was left feeling worse. Not sure why - perhaps too much coffee absorbtion?
Also, i've felt rough after an enema when i haven't emptied the full enema out. I'm new to enema's and not that experienced, and have found it hard at times to gauge if there's any more to come out! (When bowels feel rested and 'done' i obviously stop) I've had my bowels completely seize on me from an enema, leaving me wondering around the house for an hour to promote peristalsis!
You're right in trying to not react to stress. I couldn't do an enema if stressed...no way. It's important to really unwind and relax beforehand. I imagine it wouldn't be that beneficial if you're feeling stressed, despite the cleansing protocol.
I know it might seem counter-intuitive but doing another enema might help - only if you're calm and not too ill/weak to do one.
