For many years the profiteers have said butter was bad and margarine was good. For many years they have said pig fat or lard was bad and that vegetable oil was good. Those are outright lies that have been destroying health. Vegetable oils are full of free radicals and cause inflammation in the body, and that inflammation cause heart disease and other problems like diabetes. So its not the fats so much as it is the free radicals and the inflammation its just that the poisons are in the so called healthy fats the corporate liars say are better for us. fats are another subject and i am sure you have it right. I just wanted to make the point that healthy fats such as coconut oil, olive oil, and animal fats are not vilified while the dangerous fats like margarine and vegetable oils are. I am sure you are on top of it and have it right. The actual cause of diabetes is not fat, but man made fats, like trans fats used in margarine.partial hydrogenated vegetable oils in many processed foods, and the hyped and lied about vegetable oils on the grocery shelves by the ton. When you go to restaurant and order anything fried you can bet it was cooked in one of these dangerous oils and that my friends causes the cells to not open up and take in the glucose that is being produced, causing you to have diabetes. Blame corporate food production, and the ignorant and vile FDA.
