Best of luck with your upcoming delivery!! I hope once you recover, you find that having a baby fixed your Mirena issues. I am 4.5 yrs post mirena, and 2.5 years after having my post-mirena baby, approximately. The past few months have been as close to normal as I've been in the past 5 years, and I'm hopeful that will continue for me. So after feeling terrible for SOOO long, it is still possible to improve :)
