spinal tumor symptoms PLEASE HELP

dearest community,

i posted a few days ago of a "fatty" painful lump on spine, please forgive me for posting again, i desperately need help!

...10+ years ago i had a pea sized lump that i thought was just a cyst, on or over my spine where my bra closes.

i had it a long time, then (i think it was suddenly) it blew up to the size of half a golfball.

i washed and packed it with a special soap (that is handmade and i don't have the info for the person who sold it to me), and it seemed to go away - even with deep palpation, there was nothing anymore.

about a year ago, the pea sized lump came back...and again it has blown up.
i am not sure if it is considered "hard" or "soft" (it is hard to tell because of my own ...padding), but i think it is hard,

i would also describe it as swollen,

and now ITCHY, (it's like a mosquito bite...except i've had it too long that it's not likely that)

and EXTREMELY PAINFUL

and, yesterday ............i experienced awful pain, like a grip from around my spine and chest, squeezing me and making it hard to breathe,
and now that i experienced this, i realized that i had experienced this one other time a while ago but had thought it was due to back pain from using a lap top

...i don't mean to be a hypochondriac, but all of this put together just 'looks' really bad, and now im thinking maybe i have had a tumor and it is causing pain.

i understand i should go to a doctor, but because of circumstances, i can't........ if this is a tumor, can someone here please help me try to treat it?

even if that only makes the problem go away for a while (like maybe that soap did, years ago), i am hoping i can keep it at bay until my circumstances allow...

i understand any suggestions made should NOT substitute for medical advice... PLEASE HELP?

thank you for always helping me...
