Would clinical diagnosis even help?

I feel this desperate desire for medically supported diagnosis even though I know the problem. My questions; Does it matter? How can it help? And the most important question...How is it even possible to get an accurate clinical diagnosis? What can I do to convince my doctor?
Since seeking professional medical help for over two years I feel bewildered by the quick diagnosis of Crohn's (really just a symptom), muscular skeletal pain, and just plain delusional. I know my symptoms are real and I know exactly what’s causing it. Why can’t I get professional treatment?
I have been left with no choice but with a layman’s’ attempt at treating myself. I know that diagnosis of strongyloidiasis (or some other type of parasite) can be illusive but why has it been disregarded as lunacy? I have a very long list of symptoms indicating to such. Some of which include: anal itching, persistent diarrhea, random stinging on skin, thunderbolt headaches, and chest pain. The most obvious indicator is that when I use antiparasitic medicine like ivermectin, mebendazole, and albendazole the symptoms resolve temporally.
