is your ec able to grow over your forcyde spots?

i literally have a wall of forcyde spots across my upper lip before i even got ec which is why i was doing tca peels to get rid of them... it turns out the last tca peel i did lead me to having ec which is worse... one interesting phenemona i've noted is that on my lips, the ec areas cannot seem to spread onto the areas i have forcyde spots... that wall of spots across my upper lip i'm refering to seems to be stopping the ec dead in its tracks, its like a barrier the ec can spread past... so fortunately its not noticable on my upper lip at all unless i lift my lip up with my finger... you can notice it on my bottom lip though, i would like to add that since i got ec i got about 20 forcyde spots on my lower lip as well in the first couple weeks and the ec can't seem to spread on these areas either... whatever the case, there seems to be some connection between ec and the spots... personally i think the inflammation of ec is stimulating new spots.
