Great update.
Finding the element that make your temp go up to the wanted level; very important. We dont work very well at lower temps!

Balancing iron is an issue; needs to be balanced with zinc, manganese,etc. I never took more than 18 mg of iron daily, even when pregnant; as there are a re-uptake mechanism in our bowels for iron; if our vit C intake is good enough, this is a minor issue. Unless the iron intake is to low, of course.
Molybdenum deficiency may also be a reason for iron problems; combined with copper inbalances.
