Consistently high copper levels through three hair tests
http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/files/hairtest_506.pdf
or, if that doesn't work it is #506 out of this list:
http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/hairtest/hairtest3/
The first hair test has the copper at 260 when the safe maximum for copper is 30, then in the second and third hair tests it drops down to 170
I've been taking 50mg of Zinc Picolinate per day along with vitamin b multi, molybdenum, manganese, adrenal cortex extract starting some time between hair test 1 and 2
this could account for the rise of zinc between hair test 1 and 2
but nothing has changed, copper wise, between hair test 2 and 3. The zinc has fallen considerably between the same two tests.
I have to find some way to get rid of this copper, any ideas?
Also, this is posted in Epstein Barr Virus forum because Tests have come back positive for chronic EBV and I posted in the Irritable Bowl Syndrome forum because I have IBS if I forget to take certain pills with meals
Seems likely to me that these two issues are probably connected to the copper or whatever internal issues are causing the copper to rise. Could be my liver since my biliruben was rather elevated on lab tests.
