Please what is this. Black specks/flecks tiny in urine look and feel like pepper.

Please someone give me some idea what this is. This has never happened before. For about three weeks previously I had been taking ginger and cayenne supplements which I read can be hard on the kidneys. Then I stopped and decided to try the schulze Colon Cleanse 2 formula which has activated charcoal, clay and willow bark(I don't remember exact ingredients). I did the cleanse with a juice fast for about three days. On the fourth day I stopped, I felt pretty good my urine on the cleanse had been clear then when I started eating again it was neon yellow but very clear. I should mention that for about 3-4 days I had also been doing castor oil packs over my uterus because I tested positive for hpv virus and cervical dysplasia with possible adenocarcinoma in situ cells found. After the cleanse my digestion has felt great and I felt great in general.

My naturopath sent me supplements to take for the dysplasia which includes vitamins and herbs (beta carotene, green tea, herbal mushroom, herbal blend, b complex, probiotics, dim, folic acid), I started taking those yesterday. Yesterday I had orange pee and for the first time ever I saw two black flecks floating in the toilet. I didn't think anything of it. Later that night I saw two more flecks after urinating. This morning I urinated into a cup, the pee concentrated in the cup was dark orange, when I poored the cup into the toilet it was not so dark when diluted however I found two more tiny black flecks/flakes? at the bottom of the cup. They feel bendable when I rub them through my fingers but they are solid/hard texture and do not break apart almost like flexible flake of black pepper they are also pretty tiny. What is this? Is it caused by any of the supplements I took? Could the naturopaths vitamins and herbs do this in only 1 day? I felt fine on her supplements, didn't notice anything unusual in fact I felt unusually good yesterday. Tweet
