Re: Dosage for BF&C

I'll try to make it as short as I can. First health problem was hemmorid surgery in 5th grade. Had to have it again at age 19. Have had a lifelong problem with dandruff (psorraisis). Had lots of antibiotics as a kid. Seems like our doctor gave them out at every visit. I've had 10 mercury fillings, most of them done at an early age. One had to be replaced about 16 years ago by a conventional dentist. Also, I have 20 years military service (vaccines). I worked on aircraft during the first gulf war. I have no idea if I picked up something there. My first 7 years was spent working on aircraft electronics. We used liquid freeon to clean electronic components. We always had a 100 pound can in the shop and every workbench had a plastic bottleful of freeon ready to go. I started having rashes that would not go away completley around 1996 and have had them almost constantly since. Air Force Doctor said it was yeast in my stomach. The medicine he gave me didn't work. Then chronic fatigue and arthritis started to set in. The arthirtis got so bad around 1998-1999 I began to worry that I wouldn't make it. Couldn't use simple hand tools, like a screwdriver or wash my own car. About this time I got interested in liver, flushing, herbs, and mercury free dentistry. I wasn't able to completly pursue this while in the Air Force because my career field didn't allow herbs or "alternative" medicine. I managed to have my mercury fillings replaced a couple of years ago though. After I reitred last July I tried the orange juice fast. I was so knocked out with chronic fatigue I just laid on the couch and watched TV all day for 10 days and felt no better afterward. I've been doing liver flushes and taking olive leaf for awhile now. That helps a lot. Taking parasite herbs help also. (Just made my own last week.) Take Natural Cellular Defense (Zeolite) for mercury/heavy metals. Just one more thing, I get a rash all of the time on my left foot (just the left one). I think it is from the mercury/heavy metals. Nothing helps with that except for a soak in Pascallite (Bentonite clay).
