Have you or anyone else used turkey instead of chicken? I can't stand the smell or taste of chicken but like turkey - odd huh? Is there a marked difference in nutritional content with regard to the broth?
After Thanksgiving dinner, I stripped most of the meat and boiled the entire carcass for 6-8 hours, adding ACV, garlic, chopped onions, parsley and Sea Salt . I love it but DH says it is too bland for him. More for me!!
