Candida Albicans is pathogenic in any form. The morphogenesis gives the yeast the ability of tissue penetration and invasion, but its toxic metabolites belong two any form of the yeast cell. Germination is only a phenotype change. It is the same organism with the same level of toxicity. There isn't exclusivity regarding to toxicity that only belongs to the fungal form.
Candida Related Complex is mostly caused by the effect those yeast metabolites cause in remote organs. They affect many organs and body systems. They are responsible for the symptoms candida sufferers feel. In addition to it, there is also irritation, inflammation, and tissue injury where the yeast growth.
