Psyllium is almost pure soluble fiber, which is fantastic for your digestive tract because it feeds your gut flora and also keeps the food in your intestines moving. Food stagnating in your digestive tract is one of the big causes of digestive problems.

I take a tablespoon of psyllium every morning with plenty of water. Even mainstream doctors recommend it (whatever that's worth!). Wouldn't go without it.
