Re: body ache and feeling feverish....is it ok??

Had this type of a reaction when I accidently swallowed some of the oil (yuk!!) - and oviously took back some of the toxins that were being expelled... or that´s what I put it down to. Was doing the oil pulling with sunflower oil. Not sure if switching oils, would have this effect. Just my 2 cents!!
