I am taking Iosol Iodine for one month now, but only 7-10mg. I ordered Magnesium Chloride. I am taking himalayan salt and salting my food. I avoid tap water and eat healthy. For selenium I am eating brazil nuts, but most of other foods that I am eating have selenium, so I am getting it much more than 300mcg a day just from food. I also have 3 different multivamins and one of them have high doses of B vitamins. I am having some detox symptoms, which are usually relieved with salt and vitamin C. I am feeling much better. No more arrythmias, less numbness, less brain fog, better digestion...
So for those more experienced... Is Iosol OK? I though it's more bioavailable than Iodoral? Should I be taking selenium even if I eat foods rich in it? Is Magnesium Chloride OK?
