I need help reading blood work results for 5 year old boy

AST (SGOT)^  43     Units Iu/l  ref range (5-41)
Platelet count   239   Units K/mm3   ref range (250-550)
Monocytes, Absolute  630 Units/mm3   ref range (0-350)
Immature granulocytes, %^ 0.3    ref range (<=0.0)

Everything else is fine/ in range.

My son is 5 he has been sick on and off for 10 months.
Swollen lymph nodes, enlarged tonsils, bad post nasal drip.
He gets that every time a new virus comes along and it takes him forever to recover.
He has Epstein Barr (not active at the moment).
Good appetite and attitude. Good diet.
He doesn't get any medication.

He is a smart and happy kid, I need to know what's going on.
The doctor wants further tests, she wants to send him to a EENT specialist for tonsil removal possibly. But she also hinted "leukemia" ?!?
Not that she thinks my son has it, but to eliminate the possibility, hmmm...
Sooo, I need some help!
