Mirena iud lawsuit

So ive had an iud in for about 6 months now. I started having pains a month after I got it in. so I finally had ultrasound done and come to fund out that it had embedded itself into my cervix. It was a btch to get out and it was the worst pain ever. She had to numb my vag just so she could yank it out. If she couldnt get it that way I would have gad to take me to the OR.. My question is, can i get a lawsuit out of this?
