I don't go by brand TOM, I am more like mother nature... I sellect mine at the market where they sell them in bulk. I should be using them more often. The only good recipe I have for them is as follows: slices of cheese (firm type !) that you dip in the seeds and fry in any good fat. Then deposit on top of favorite salad. That's it, that's all.
My favorite salad ? here goes: tomato, avocado in bite size. Sprinkle generously with turmeric and freshly cracked black pepper, top with SCD yogourt as a sauce, pinch of tasty salt I like Persian blue (got it for Christmas). Few black olives maybe ? capers too ? Voilà.
