Hello. Have been dealing with a horrendous candida growth for many years. I had great success with Gaia Candida Cleanse. I am currently experiencing another level of cleanse with medicinal mushrooms. Chaga, cordyceps, shitake, mitake, etc. Chaga and Four Kings from Ron Teeguarten are amazing products. Ron Stamets of Host Defense makes great products s also.

Hope this helps. A diet low on simple sugars and starches while high in green vegetables is crucial. Healthy probiotics such as Garden of Life makes are excellent. Quality Kombucha and plain whole milk keifir and yogurt can help. Raw dairy is excellent too.
