Mucus? Candida? Mucoid Plaque?

First of all, I'm a believer now!
Mucoid plaque is real, as I've seen it come out of
me during the last few days on the humaworm cleanse. I've added nothing to my diet besides a tsp of psyllium powder.
This stuff is just coming out in every day.

Now I'm getting these too (photo). I suspect it to be old mucus balls or candida. Does anyone know?
