Don't start a debate in the liver-flush support forum. If you are sceptical then go to the liver-flush debate forum.

If you look at the survey:

You will see that most people have a modest number of liver-flushes and it is exceptional for people to carry out more than 30.

If you buy the books they explain according the the doctrine of the author how many liver-flushes one would undertake.

Nevertheless people do feel compelled to keep liver-flushing for their own personal reasons which may be very different from yours. Rather than liver-flushing "as part of an overall body cleanse and for general good health", they have chronic health problems. They may have Gallstones or persistent abdominal pains. They may have problems with the mind and body.
