I have heard people say that you should stay on it from 1 to 6 months...but I wouldn't give up until I saw changes. This is not just short term change in diet. This is a complete change in lifestyle. There can also be other factors...hormone problems, food allergies , ingredients you aren't aware of that are bad for you in your supplements, side effects from prescription drugs, lack of proper sleep hygiene, stress level, etc...This woman CURED herself from MS!!! This is not to be taken lightly. Keep searching for the reasons why you are not improving. It will come to you, even if it is little by little. I believe for you to get well.
