Re: niacin for HDL; HDL is not the same thing as heart health

Thanks so much for the links Omo - really intriguing.

I've been looking into boosting glutathione and am taking NAC and B12 deficiency showed up so am taking that aswell.

I'm kinda concerned about oral straight Glutathione supplementations causing an increase in yeast growth - as stated on Jerry's blog. Candida is a problem i'm also dealing with. Possibly candida is responsible for under-methylation and/or lower glutathione levels?

Feels like i'm going round in circles chasing the rabbit's tale at times! Boosting one imbalance - has altered and/or worsening effects on another imbalance...'where to start' has been a question swirling in my mind often...when it comes to dealing with imbalances.

Candida in my circurmstances is mainly due to mercury. I'm focusing on adrenal function as that's the worst thing i'm dealing with - altho' i do wonder how i'm going to fair on such a program if it is mercury (favouring glands in the body like thyroid, pit., adrenals etc) that's ultimately preventing and thus bringing down full functioning of these glands.
