Hi there mate im in the excatly the same position as you Im 19 male from the uk and this started like nearly two years ago. I can't smell anything either. my hygeine is the best i shower twice daily and have good dental care. My symptoms are the same as youre people just randomly say did you fart or it smells like poop you know the story. Im waiting for my TMAU test to come back which will be in a couple of weeks and i to are going for colonoscopy, endoscopy and bacterial overgrowth. This is hard at the age we are because we are so social. It kills me to turn a girl down that i like because of this problem ( yes i still get hit on by girls more than likely the smell is not around) I would be grateful for a reply and if we could keep each other posted on our results its easier and alot quicker if theres two of us.
