I think I developed rebound scurvy - not sure please help

I posted a while ago saying I am experiencing severe progressive collagen loss.

I now believe this to be rebound scurvy. I was taking megadosing of vitamin c under Dr. Lam's program....until it really started to make me worse. I was also taking a hydrolyzed collagen supplement at the same time. I was probably taking up to 10 Grams of vitamin c a day along with the collagen.

I had to stop all of the vitamin c/collagen supplements because it started to make me much worse after a while.

But I hear that if you abruptly stop vitamin c after megadosing your body starts using up its own stores of vitamin c. And that's what I feel has been happening with this collagen loss.

It is pretty severe...I feel thinner and thinner skin every day. I also have severely dry mouth and eyes. My blood vessels are becoming much more visible...everywhere...developing vericose veins. I am bleeding much more easily...and am severely fatigued...along with more hair thinning and hair loss. I sometimes feel like fainting because of the poor circulation.

Whenever I try to get back on even a little bit of vitamin c my body does not react well to it and I crash big time and get even worse scurvy type symptoms and collagen loss.

It's a pretty bad catch 22 situation and I do not know what to do. Not taking and taking it now give me pretty horrific symptoms. I am going to get hydrocortisone pretty soon and maybe it can reverse this process. For now I am terrified.

I have also tried to eat a lot of high vitamin c foods like berries but it seems to help and then make the collagen loss worse after it wears off.

Any advice on what I can do to reverse this would be greatly appreciated.
