I felt a burning in my stomach today... hunger??
naaa.. real hunger is felt in the throat!

I feel ok today!

Hard to keep smelling the food cooking in my kitchen!

But I just tell my body to eat the tumor!!

I have a small limpoma on my hand and its shrunk and almost gone!!

I realize my 19cm BENIGN... I DO NOT HAVE CANCER SHEESH!!
Will take longer to shrink.. maybe another fast...
But as long as I see some shrinkage Ill be happy!!

Im putting castor oil pack on it nightly....
and will continue to do so....
haha... I burnt my belly the other day... its had red spots.... too hot I guess!

I am looking forward to the juice that will be coming up soon! I bought myself another juicer for Xmas... the omega 350. a nice complement to my Greenstar!
Ill be juicing daily for months and taking supplements!

The journey is a good on.. albeit a difficult one....
I will take it and OWN IT!

Im going for acupuncture tomorrow, gonna stop by the mall and see if the xmas tree I want is lower than 50% off!
