question

So I have had terrible health for the last 5 years. Really Bad dental-parasiste-ibs and skin issues. I went to a clinic in Switzerland and the last day we got a test back that showed that I dont have the gene that breaks down folic acid. I was told to stop taking anything with folic acid and start taking folaPro. We also tested folic acid in my blood and it six times higher than the upper limit.
Could this cause immune issues?
My question could this be a big part of my health issues.
