This is the new MH web site, at the top of which you will find several links including one named "108". This will take you to the new/revised info that originally spawned from the old "108 pages" of MH info. In it you will find lots of information, including info on the major organs like liver, kidneys, etc, and how to care for them.

CureZone has placed a link to this new MH web site near the very top of the CureZone MH forum window.



PS - hope this does not come off as a being short with an answer. The good news is, the MH philosophy "one cure cures all" is fairly simple once one knows what it is. the 108 document is what it is. Do yourself a big favor and read it, all of it :)

PSS - the old 108 was actually 108 pages of info, but the new and revised is 151 pages in PDF format. The first 90 some pages are background information discussing what health is and isn't from a historical perspective, and also covers some many examples of failing health. Then, the lead in to practicing the "one cure" starts on page 99 with the two words "correct diet", where MH details how anyone can begin to achieve the one cure cures all approach by taking steps to correct diet. good luck!
