Safe ultrasound gel

Hi

I have a slimming machine hopefully to eliminate the fat cells I accummulated following chronic fatigue and particularly adrenal crisis part of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome but not only.

I cannot find an ultrasound gel that is free of edta, propylen glygol or paraben and all that stuff.

I wander if someone has a safe alternative 'recipe' wiht proportion
