Re: Healling (or anyone else) is there is a non prescription hyalauronic acid cream available?

I just went with the product that my dermatologist recommended.

She recommended it a long time ago and I later found out that Lipshitz had been using Hyaluronic Acid. But I believe hes using a non-prescription 100% all natural Hyaluronic Acid.

I should also mention that recently I have been using another prescription wound healing product. Its called 'Biafine'.

The reason I started using this product along with the Hyaluronic Acid is because the hyaluronic acid isnt really moisturizing. So me and lipshitz and JK216 have all been using a moisturizer along with the hyaluronic acid. I was using Aquaphor healing ointment, Lipshitz is using Emu oil among other things I believe, and JK216 is using that non-petroleum jelly (i think).

When I was using my hyaluronic acid alone, my lips built up as if I was leaving them alone.

So I expressed to my derm that I needed a good moisturizer and she prescribed me this 'Biafine' which is a wound healing emollient that is a bit more moisturizing.

Soilwork,

Are you planning on trying this treatment? I recommend it, I think I am seeing GREAT progress after only a few weeks.
