If your mother blames the herbs, she's wrong, as you know ... she has a medical point of view and as people get older, it's hard to change.

Try asking your mother whether she sees the changes in you that everyone else is noticing.

i'm so glad you've kept up your fast, fasting is the best thing I ever did for my health.
